As per our telephone conversation of this day, I am writing to request three new bags.....
The other purpose of this letter is to inform you that your product has been a lifesaver for my son and me. Leg aches run in my family and have particularly plagued him, past and present. I bought this as a heating pad to try on him. The very first time I used it, I heated it, put it on his leg and expected to still have to rub his leg down and hurry and plop down some tylenol and listen to him cry for the next 20 minutes or so until the tylenol started to work. But much to my surprise, as soon as I placed the bag on his leg, he sighed with relief and stopped crying. I call this "the miracle heating pad". I have been using this particular bag for approximately 4 years and have come to depend on it heavily in the treatment of his leg aches. I guess it is time to finally get another bag, as he has been complaining the last couple of months that it's not working as well. We have definately gotten our money's worth out of this product!

I started using AR Creme on 2/14/01. After 1 day it is as you say on the website, the affected areas have got a little redder. After 7 days there was considerable improvement on the rash on my jaw. No new eruptions. The rash on my brow, which has always been the worst, is showing excellent signs of improvement. Bumps coming up rarely. Face much less flushed especially after exercise. All going well. I have never been so clear of Rosacea since I was a kid. The more sufferers that start using your product, the better. It makes a mockery of what I have been told over the years by doctors and consultants.
