1. Oils are most effective when used on pulse points and on the bottoms of the feet, as your feet have the largest pores and it is most effective for absorbtion. Use in place of perfume or cologne. As an aftershave you will find it refreshing and calming to the skin.
2. Use 3-6 drops to begin feeling a sense of peace and relaxation. Add it to your bath or body lotion, place on a tissue between your pillow and case.
3. To cover larger areas of the body dilute 15-30% drops into a massage oil base.
4. Experiment by mixing several oils to create your own blends, but heed caution when mixing blended oils with other single oils as it may produce an undesirable and over powering result.
5. It is not recommended that the oils be taken internally. Diluted, there are certain oils that may be used in cooking or for flavoring.
