Members are responsible for providing correct e-mail address information and internet connection when accessing Asian-Introduction.com, with working equipment. Asian-Introduction.com is not responsible for an ISP problem, misconfigured browser or incorrect DNS settings. We will attempt to provide some technical troubleshooting by email if necessary. Personal ads will only be accepted from adults 18 years of age or older. Ads will be screened for appropriateness. Applicant represents and warrants that, in the event Applicant accesses any Materials, that it is lawful to receive and view said Materials in the jurisdiction in which Applicant resides, in the jurisdiction in which Applicant receives, and in the jurisdiction in which Applicant views said Materials. 5. Applicant warrants and represents that, in the event Applicant accesses any Materials, that Applicant will not use Materials in any unlawful manner. 6. Asian-Introduction.com does not guaranty or warrant the compatibility of the Member's equipment, computer or software, including but not limited to, the type of computer, computer configuration, browser software, other software, dial up account, TCP/IP, Winsock or online service. Asian-Introduction.com is not responsible for any interruption in service or inability of Member to access participating websites due to technical difficulties or failure of the Internet, world wide web, phone lines, switching, due to the year 2000 problem, or due to any other causes beyond its control. 11. All membership fees are non-refundable in the event that any valid membership is cancelled by Asian-Introduction.com for violation of these terms and conditions or by Member. If it is determined by Asian-Introduction.com, in its reasonable discretion, that the membership was not validly obtained, then Asian-Introduction.com will credit the credit card account improperly used for the charges and will invalidate the Asian-Introduction.com Membership Password. 12.
