About Author Christine A. McClung

From 1984 to 1994, Christine A. McClung taught religious and secular courses in her home to her own teenaged children and to other youth. She and her husband Richard have successfully raised four children who are happy, responsible, faithful adults, making positive contributions to society.

After September 11 of 2001 she created a website, www.dinnertalkforchampions.com, to promote family unity by reviving the tradition of dinnertime conversation, or “table talk”. In early 2002 she began offering table talk resources, drawing from the classics, the Old and New Testament, and other epic literature, then wrote the parental guidebook, Epic Heroes~ Dinner Talk for Champions. In 2004 she developed an online “Character Education Workshop”, soon to be produced digitally, to teach parents how to build moral character in their children in a positive way.

Mrs. McClung wrote“Brothers Brave”, a musical pageant about epic heroes from pre-Columbian America, to be performed in outdoor amphitheaters by families everywhere, as the ultimate character education activity. In 1988 she began writing fiction to awaken youth to their heritage and identity in Western Civilization. She has also written a novel entitled Remnant: A Tale of Lost Israel, and is at work on the second novel of an epic-style historical trilogy, entitled Birthright.

All of her adult life, Mrs. McClung has studied symbolic types and patterns of history, particularly that pertaining to the house of Israel. She spent two summers in Mexico on student tours and filled a teaching appointment in Argentina for two years in the late sixties. In July of 1994 she investigated archaeological sites in Central America. She speaks Spanish as a second language.
