This .75" extruder can be built to match your specific needs. It produces 5 lbs/hr.approx. of compound @ 125RPM. This unit is very quiet and reliable. The extruder is completely portable. We build user-friendly features into all are machines. For instance this machine can be used as a right or left hand line feed. The drive assembly on our extruders will last a lifetime. If you're relying on parts sales to carry your company ,on that note we do carry a full line of OEM parts and heaters for your Genca or PFEX extruder needs. If operator error or low maintenance should fall on your extrudrer we are availible 24 hrs. a day.(Compound used to test our machines was PE and output may vary on your compound blend.)
