Wisler's Country Cooking III-Mennonite Church family cookbook
Recipes collected from members of the oldest Mennonite meetinghouse still in use in Northern Indiana. Many family favorites and old standbys. A section with information on 8 different flours. It also has a large canning and freezing section. Sample recipe:
Chicken Etti
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked3-4 c. cooked, diced chicken(leftover bbq chicken is great)1/4 c. each chopped pimento, green peppers2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup1 c. chicken broth1/4 tsp. celery salt1/4 tsp. pepper1 onion, grated3/4 lb. grated cheese
Combine ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
