Chicken Corn Soup
1 lg. chicken, cut into pieces2 t. saltpepper1 c. chopped celery2 1/2 qts. water (more could be added later)4 c. cornnoodles
Cook and cool chicken, cut into small pieces and set aside.
Strain broth, add celery and corn and cook until celery is tender.
Add meat and nookles.
Amount of noodles can be added to thickness desired.
Amount of corn, water, etc. can be adjusted.
