Vegetable Sunburgers
1/2 c. carrots, grated1/2 c. celery, finely chopped2 Tbsp. onion, chopped1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped1 egg, beaten1 Tbsp. oil1/4c. tomato juice1 c. ground sunflower seed2 Tbsp. wheat germ1/8 tsp. dried basil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and shape into patties.
Arrange in an oiled shallow baking pan.
Bake until brown on top, then turn over.
Bake 15 minutes again.
