Duet Acting

Taken from the famous Broadway production, this piece is a combination of two delightful scenes. Victoria and Albert have just been married, and having been extremely sheltered by her over-protective mother, Victoria is curious about everything. Simply watching Albert shave is an adventure. But later, after being married for a while, Albert finds that he is allowed to do almost nothing. Victoria has inherited her mother's controlling nature, and as a man, Albert is losing his identity. In a kind but firm way, Albert explains his situation, and through a sweet but clear lesson teaches his young wife the value of team work. Delightful!
