This rousing cry stirred the nation to action and inspired the leaders of America to take up the cause which would eventually cost them their lives, but earn their descendants the greatest country in the world. "Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery?" He led them, and paid the price!
