Declamation/Patriotic Reading

This speech begins: "A renewed spirit of patriotism has been felt in the hearts of all Americans since that terrible day, on September 11th, when the entire world stood in horror." It is told from the perspective of a young person; a new generation, charging all of us to return to a respect for Old Glory. It expresses pride in America and in seeing the American Flag waving again from every car and home. It tells what each color in the flag stands for. It tells of the men and women who have died defending her. Denouncing flag burners, this speech seeks to renew America's pride in "the faithful banner of the brave, Old Glory." Great patriotic speech to be used for Patriotic programs, or as part of a patriotic speech.
