A "helpful" neighbor comes to "comfort" Cornelia, and ends up making matters much worse. From stating confidently that Cornelia is on her deathbed, to sharing the fact that scarlet fever has broken out in the village, this neighbor is anything but cheerful!! Done with a southern accent, this is a winner of a monologue.
