The Hands On Children's Museum is an ongoing project that will open it's doors in a building resembling a castle, where bursting color and energetic learning experience await everyone who will enter. The museum will serve the Jacksonville area as an educational and cultural resource, and will be a favorite spot for families, school groups, educators and tourists. With over 6,000 sq. feet of hands-on exhibitry, the Hands On Children's Museum will not be your ordinary museum. The projected date of opening is in 2000. The Hands On Children's Museum is looking for individual and corporate sponsorship for Foundation Sponsors of the Museum. To become a sponsor you may purchase more than five family memberships. For each purchase you will receive in the mail one application for each family membership. You give these out and they simply fill the card out and return it to us. In return we will mail to them their membership cards with you listed as the sponsor. All you do is purchase the membership packages and we do the rest. Buy under your company name or under your individual name, just list the name you wish to appear on the sponsorship list. If you do not have families to give memberships to, note this on the application and the memberships will be given to low-income families in your company name or indivdual name.
