For your viewing pleasure, Here's a photo of our chicken platter when it was pretty.
Although you can't tell, we cooked up about 15 lbs. of chicken and ribs for this meal. We used one recipe of the "Fixin's" and had a fair amount left over. It just depends on how much you use.

We had a fun time with friends at this meal but no one would let me take their photo afterwards 'cause when we sidle on up to the trough, it can get messy!
