Every navel orange comes from a single tree?

In the early 1800's, on a plantation in Brazil, a mutant tree appeared that grew oranges without seeds.
By grafting a bud from that tree onto another whose branches were in turn grafted onto others, every navel orange in the world comes from that single tree.
