Endura Optimizer is an advanced sustained energy and recovery formula developed for the serious endurance athlete. It delivers a balanced blend of peptide bonded amino acids, glucose polymers and fructose which provides a superb source of metabolic fuel to working muscles and other tissues.

The balanced blend of carbohydrate energy sources in Endura Optimizer were designed to benefit performance and endurance. Endura Optimizer also has an ideal ratio of protein to carbohydrate, which may help prevent catabolism (muscle breakdown) and shorten recovery time. Endura Optimizer is excellent before and after workouts, in between meals or as an occasional meal substitute. Endura Optimizer mixed with water is tolerated well by individuals sensitive to milk sugar (lactose).

Suggested Use:

Mix 2 rounded scoops (78g) with 10- 12 ounces of water to make I serving. Stir, shake or blend and serve. For Energy During Workouts: Use 2 servings (550 calories) per hour during intense exercise to meet the energy demands of prolonged training or racing. For best results, alternate Endura Optimizer with EnduraÆ rehydration formula to avoid dehydration and to optimize cell metabolism and energy production. For Recovery: Consume I to 2 servings during the 2 hours immediately after training or exercise. Take I or 2 servings I hour before bedtime for muscle repair and glycogen replenishment.
