If you own or develop database applications using Lotus Approach, you need this utility program!

Documenting an Approach application is now made easier than ever. This utility can produce a complete description of your application views including where fields, objects, and macros are used. Database tables, calculated and variable field definitions, and named find/sorts are also documented.

New in Version 2.0:
* You can select what you want to document and the level of detail using a menu of options.
* The text output of version 1.0 has been replaced by the creation of a relational database.
* A new "Reports Module" is provided where you can view and/or print any part of the documentation selectively.
* Annotations can be added the the relational database to add application information, revision notes, and other things that the documenter cannot extract from your Approach file such as macro and script code.

This program requires no technical skills to install or operate it. You only need the design password for any Approach program you want to document.

Note that to document the content of macros and named Finds, and your joins, you need the XpertSS Lister too.
