The XpertSS Document Manager organizes information about Lotus Word Pro files in a database. The LWP files can be located on any local or network disk drive available to your PC.

Your documents, once stored in the database, can be managed from within the Approach application.

These are the main features:

- Browse for a single Word Pro file and add it to the database.

- Browse for a folder and add all Word Pro files within it to the database.

- Delete single records, a found set or all records. Option to delete from the database, the file system or both. Option to permanently delete files or send them to the recycle bin.

- Find form that enables you to search the database using drop down lists.

- Sort Wizard that lets you define any sort order required.

- Open a document in Word Pro.

- Print a document.

- Refresh the current record from the file system.

- Detailed form view for managing data.

- Summary view for browsing data.

- Predefined detailed, summary and grouped reports.
