XpertSS.com is pleased to offer a Lotus SmartSuite file password recovery service for a very reasonable price of only $50 US per file. The following types of files can be processed:

* Lotus Approach (*.APR, *.APT, *.VEW)
* Lotus Organizer (*.OR?)
* Lotus 1-2-3 (*.WK1, *.WK3, *.WK4, *.123)
* Lotus Word Pro (*.LWP)
* Lotus SmartMaster (templates: *.12M, *.MWP)

We can recover all the passwords you have set up using Team Security and the password for the Approach database dBase, Paradox, or Foxpro files.

To qualify for this service, you must follow these steps:

1) Pay for the service at $50 US per file.

2) You will receive an email with an email address for you to send us the file(s)

3) For Approach file(s), we will also need copies of the databases in order to test the passwords - blank copies of the databases will be sufficient.

4) The email will contain a fax number where you must send us signed "proof of ownership" of the files in question. This proof can be a memo on your company letterhood signed by a company official or for individuals, just a signed letter from you stating that you are the owner of the files. Then follow up the fax by mailing the original letter to us at XpertSS.com, 29 Beech Hill Lane, Pound Ridge, NY 10576. If we do not receive the fax, we will wait for the original letter to arrive before returning you your passwords.

Our intent is to provide a service for owners of Lotus SmartSuite applications who have forgotten or lost the passwords, but we also need to make sure we are not unlocking commercial products that have not been properly purchased!
