3 tone 18k yin yang pendant

IN an attempt to effectively and efficiently describe this pendant in a more clear way to potential customers, I am adding a series of actual customer letters and my first replies.

here is my alternate idea to hiring a professional copywriter...

The customer wanted this piece to be solid (not hollow) and with a red gold piece for the reverse. so the backing isn't covering a "space," it is inlaid into the back. it weighs approx 15.8 grams including the hand made bail.

The piece is aprox the size of a nickel in diameter and although the photos don't show clearly the alternate gold "eye" pieces, all total, it consists of 5 individual pieces each hand made and hand polished by Carol.

I am not sure why the customer requested the red gold backing but it did add approx $100 to the price. Since we make each piece by hand having it or not is entirely your choice.

We have also made this pendant as two pieces with two matching handmade bails so each partner can have one half. For the price of an additional bail, they had two really nice pendants!

Each piece is hand carved and stamped 18k with our trademark. The pieces are all hand polished by Carol as well (not just tossed into a machine).

The hand polishing is important to the play of reflections the two opposing golds produce against each other. Carol is a Master Goldsmith so you can imagine the end result is going to be very nice.

I have been unable to photograph this "effect" but the Customers who have purchased this pendant have all been plenty surprised by how much life it has.

If you are interested in ordering this pendant with a Christmas delivery, You may be wise to do it before too much time passes by. We are a "mom and pop shop" and can only make each piece one at a time.
