Customer Support
If the User Guide, the Tutorial, and the FAQs do not answer all your questions, you can contact Customer Support, either by email or by telephone.
Customer Support via Email
By submitting an email request, you give the Customer Service Representatives sufficient time to provide a complete answer. A direct benefit to you is that the email response provides a helpful written record of the requested information.
Your eStore Administration Menu offers the simplest way to contact Customer Support. Click the Customer Service button at the bottom of the screen, below the Menu’s seven options. This action will automatically send your request, along with your eStore information. If for some reason you are unable to access your Administration Menu, send an email to the following URL: customerservice@net-bizz.com. The email message must include the name of your eStore, your user name, and password. Customer Service cannot provide assistance without this information.
Customer Support via Telephone
If you would prefer to speak directly with a Customer Service Representative, you can make a telephone call to the following number: 800-968-3941, toll free. Hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mountain Standard Time.
Icon for New Features and Help
As you work through the Web pages that constitute your new store, you will notice question-mark icons. If you mouse-click on any of these, you can read details about how to work with the feature adjacent to the icon.
Because ezStoreMaker is built on leading-edge software, features will frequently be updated. The question-mark icons will alert you to new or expanded options. Frequently, reading a Help screen can save you the trouble of having to email Customer Service. Top of Page
How to Get Started With Your eStore
Your eStore will be automatically created three days after you attend the training seminar and enroll. You will receive an introductory email that guides you through the basic process of creating your new eStore. It covers five steps, including the following: - How to set user name and password
- How to change the eStore settings
- How to change the order form settings
- How to change the main pages
- How to add listings (products)
How to Access Your eStore Site
To access your ezStoreMaker Admin Menu, you need to be on the Internet, and you need to enter the following Internet address in your Internet browser: http://www.hostsite.com/yourestorename/admin.html
In the above address, substitute your ezStoreMaker eStore name for the text string 'yourestorename'.
Your default username is: test
Your default password is: test
Change Your Password Immediately
As soon as you become an eStore owner and receive a confirmation email, you are assigned a default username and password. The username is test, and the password is also test. You will only use these defaults for the first log-in to your Administration Menu. After that, you should change your username and password.
When you see the “Password” screen, type the word test in both boxes. (Type the word in lowercase letters only.) Click the Check Password button.
Once you have logged in, the first screen you see is the eStore Administration Menu (Admin Menu). Locate the Settings heading and click the Password option. Fill the required fields, and then click the Change Password button. Now you have changed both the username and password for your eStore.
In a secure place, write down the username and password.
Note: If you forget your password, you must send an email to customerservice@net-bizz.com. Be sure to include your eStore name. Customer Service will reset your password to "test" and you can then customize it once again.
Password Security
Anyone who knows your password can alter your ezStoreMaker site from any computer in the world. Therefore, you should choose a secure password (different from your user name) and be cautious about sharing it. Change the password regularly, and be sure to keep a record of the current password in a safe place.

Navigating Your eStore
The Admin Menu provides access to any page or screen on your eStore site. Just click “Main Pages: View” to access the eStore pages, or click any other field displaying a desired location or file. Once you have moved to the new page, you can use three methods for navigating to other eStore pages: - Click the blue links at the bottom of the page
- Click the sidebar links
- Click the browser’s Back icon to retrace your steps
The best choice is to use the blue bottom links, because they automatically refresh the screen so you can see updated changes. All eStore locations offer blue links to other pages or submenus. However, to return to the Admin Menu, you will need to click your browser’s Back icon (or else have two browsers running).
How Visitors Navigate
Although Internet visitors will not have access to your Admin Menu, they can navigate through your eStore site by clicking buttons, links, or fields. They can use bottom or sidebar links as well as the browser’s Back icon.
Another way visitors can navigate is by clicking the “Search Listings” link to initiate a product keyword search. The search will return listings that include the specified key words. When visitors click the listing headlines, they will be taken immediately to the selected site. If no matches are found, visitors can search again with different key words.
Automatic Visitor Email
When visitors view a listing in your eStore, they have the option of pressing a button and instantly sending you an email identifying the item in which they are interested by ID number and headline. This enables potential customers to request more information about any listing page they are viewing.
When visitors press the button, the following screen will appear:
If the visitor completes the form and presses the "Send Message" button, you will receive an email message alerting you to his or her interest.
Note: You can customize the button label in the above screen by changing the Button Message in the ezStoreMaker parameter setup.
