Since all websites are different a customer can run into problems navigating from site to site. Here are some frequently asked questions that may pertain to our website.
Q.Is there a minimum order?
A. There is no minimum order.
Q. Do you ship out of the US?
A. Due to complications in the past we are no longer shipping out of the 48 US States. Alaska and Hawaii may email us for shipping ammounts.
Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
A. We have adapted a fixed shipping rate for all orders. We split the United States into 4 shipping zones. Each zone has a fixed price. Order 1 item or 100 and the shipping is the same for each zone! Some items have a cheaper shipping rate. If so you will find a drop down menu at the bottom of the product page and from there you can select the lower price for that item.
Q. What if I want to order a product with a lower shipping plus another item that has a fixed shipping price?
A. In this case you pay just the fixed shipping price.
Q. I notice that your credit card processing doesn't work on your order form. How do I pay for my order with a credit card?
A. We use Paypal for all credit card transactions. They offer lower fees and offer more protection for you the buyer and also for us the seller. When you submit the order form we will send you personalized email confirming the total and also directions on how to pay. If you already have a paypal account and believe the total is correct you can send payment via paypal to pvirtue@virtuespecialties.com!
Q. How long will it take to receive my items after the order is placed?
A. After payment is received all orders are shipped out within 24 hrs. Delivery time can be 1-6 days.
Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes and Military addresses?
A. We can ship to PO Boxes and Military addresses. A $5.00 fee will be added and it also may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
Q. What shipping company do you use?
A. We use UPS for all our orders with fixed shipping rates. All other orders will be shipped usps including military and PO Box orders.
