All merchandise is guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase.
Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty only and is not guaranteed by Virtue Specialties.

Also all USED items that are sold on our website are sold ASIS with no warranty. We do our best if possible to test each item out before adding it to our product list.

We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.

Sorry, No Refunds, your account with us will be credited minus shipping costs.

If an Item is No Longer Available your account will be credited!

Your original Invoice number should be used as your RA number. If this information is not available, please make reference to your customer ID number.
Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent freight prepaid & will be shipped back freight prepaid.
A note explaining the problem or situation & a copy of your invoice would be helpful to expedite your return.
Please allow 7-10 days from receipt, for your returns to be processed.
